Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
International Human Resource Executive
to manage HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement for our global workforce. This role involves handling HR processes for employees based in India and overseas (e.g., Vietnam, Lebanon, Indonesia, etc.), ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, and supporting our cross-border hiring and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (India & International):
- Source, screen, and hire candidates for technical and non-technical roles across multiple geographies. Conduct virtual/onsite interviews and negotiate offers.
- Coordinate with international job boards, consultants, and agencies.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts for global hires.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and databases for all regions.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, visa/work permit rules, and international HR regulations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance for offshore employees (via local partners if required).
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Organize engagement activities, virtual team-building, and feedback sessions.
- Resolve employee grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and promote diversity & inclusion. Foster a positive workplace culture for remote/international teams.
Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs for international staff.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires across geographies.
Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing appraisal systems, KPIs, and career progression plans for global employees.
HR Strategy & Support:
- Collaborate with leadership to design policies for international operations.
- Provide insights on compensation benchmarking, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance in India and international regions. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in international recruitment, payroll coordination, and cross-cultural communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–4 years of HR experience, including international HR/recruitment.
- Experience in IT or technology hiring is preferred.
