  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program; coordinate performance appraisal and compensation processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and uphold the company's culture and values.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Oversee health and safety policies and ensure compliance with occupational health standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
