PositionOverview: We are searching for a dynamic Business DevelopmentManager with a proven track record in B2B Sales and ClientManagement within the Tech recruitment and HR Consultancy domain.This role is pivotal in establishing strategic partnerships toenhance student outcomes and drive businessgrowth.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate the Value Propositioneffectively to prospective hiring partners.
- Schedule discussions follow up via email andcreate proposals through lead generation and cold calling to closedeals.
- Understandpartner business objectives and collaborate crossfunctionally formutual benefit.
- Translate ideas into actionable itemsdelivering tangible business results.
- Independently identify potential leads buildprospect lists and initiate outreachactivities.
- Ensureall relevant information is uptodate and accessible tostakeholders.
- Explorenew tools to derive insights from data and collaborate closely withthe placement team.
- Conduct extensive internet research acrossjob portals and networking sites.
