What You Will Do:Build, foster and grow partnerships with some of the largest brands globally and in IndiaCreate a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and source new partnership opportunitiesStructure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categoriesHave complete ownership of monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals withstrategic partnersShape products and businesses by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to growInterface with other Cashfree teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics etc to drive win-win-win engagements for Cashfree consumers, and brandsHelp the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the Cashfree productDeliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organizationWhat You Will Need:7-9 years of strategic partnership experienceAbility to think out of the box, innovate and find creative solutions to grow the businessHave experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brandsAre an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsIs very comfortable building and managing relationships with C-Level executivesExperience working in the fintech industry with some knowledge of payment aggregatorsExperience in the merchant acquiring businessUnderstanding of the digital payments landscape in IndiaComfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category or industryGoal-oriented & thrives in a fast-pacedenvironmentHave the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward
