What You Will Do: Build, foster and grow partnerships with some of the largest brands globally and in India Create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and source new partnership opportunities Structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories Have complete ownership of monthly/quarterly supply & monetization goals withstrategic partners Shape products and businesses by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to grow Interface with other Cashfree teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics etc to drive win-win-win engagements for Cashfree consumers, and brands Help the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the Cashfree product Deliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization What You Will Need: 7-9 years of strategic partnership experience Ability to think out of the box, innovate and find creative solutions to grow the business Have experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brands Are an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Is very comfortable building and managing relationships with C-Level executives Experience working in the fintech industry with some knowledge of payment aggregators Experience in the merchant acquiring business Understanding of the digital payments landscape in India Comfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category or industry Goal-oriented & thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward
