Job Description:1.Support in executing the business development strategy to expand EI's reach and impact with CSO, governments and grantmakers. 2.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success and continued collaboration. 3.Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership objectives with organizational goals and initiatives. 4.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. 5.Represent EI at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and partnership opportunities. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in journalism, education, social sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.2. 5+ years of experience in the education sector, preferably in the educational assessments.3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.4. Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving revenue growth.5. Knowledge of the education sector and key stakeholders is preferred.6.
