Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies to increase user and market penetration.

2. Manage and mentor a team of growth specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion.

4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

4. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives from conception to execution.


Preferred Qualifications:

2. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
