As a sales coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating the sales process and supporting in achieving the sales Target. This role involves implementation and maintenance of order management process in the organization, customer communication and customer relationship management, data analysis and reporting, sales data management, key account management, inventory and stock management, statutory compliances, on time receivables from the customers. Key Account Management and Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales and Marketing / PPC
Reporting to: PPC Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years experience in PPC / Scheduling / Production Planning in a manufacturing Environment.
Salary - As per Industry Standards ( Take Home 20K to 45K depending on ability / Health Insurance 5LPA)
The role you will play Key Responsibilities
(1) Order management
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers. This involves co-ordination with various departments such as logistics, PPC, and operation team to order fulfillment.- Collaborative working with PPC and operations team to improve management and customer communication- Follow-ups with internal team and vendors to achieve OTD and DA and for customer satisfaction
(2) customer relationship management
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing proactive communication to the customers about the order status and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- You may also have to handle customer complaints or escalations and communicate these effectively with internal team
(3) Key account management
- Identify the best practices for developing key accounts- Continuously develop key accounts and strengthen partnership with them.- Work More Effectively With Internal Resources To Improve Key Account Sales- Maintain contribution report to all key accounts- Understand key accounts buying Journey- Maintain All Account Documents Up To Date..
(4) Payment collection
- Payment terms management and establishing and communicating payment terms to customers, including due dates- Follow-up and Monitoring payment status for all invoices
(5) Statutory compliances
- Effectively maintaining statutory compliances of GST and E-invoicing
(6) Logistics Management
- Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.- GRN data Management for every shipment- Acknowledge the receipt of the goods with the customers- Data management and visibility of inventory records in the system.- Customer data management
(7) Digitization
- Contribute effectively in projects such as ERP implementation with cross functional alignment and engagement
