KeyResponsibilities
- Developand maintain strong relationships with keyclients
- Understand client needs and objectivesto propose tailored solutions
- Meet and exceedsales targets for assigned key accounts
- Createstrategic account plans to expand business and drive revenuegrowth
- Collaborate with internal teams toaddress client needs and resolve issues
- Conductregular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identifyopportunities for upselling
- Negotiate contractsand agreements to maximizeprofitability
- Proactively identify and addressclient concerns and potential risks
- Stayupdated on industry trends and competitorsactivities
- Prepare regular reports on accountstatus and sales performance
- Participate inindustry events and networking activities to buildrelationships
- Contribute to the development ofsales strategies and marketingcampaigns
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a relatedfield
- Proven experience in key accountmanagement or a similar role
- Demonstrated trackrecord of exceeding sales targets and revenuegoals
- Excellent negotiation and communicationskills
- Strong business acumen and strategicthinking
- Ability to analyze sales data and drawmeaningful conclusions
- Goaloriented with afocus on customer satisfaction
- Proactiveproblemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitaskand prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft OfficeSuite
- Understanding of sales performancemetrics and key account metrics
