Key Account Director

At Kuehne + Nagel, we are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving business growth through strategic relationships and customer-centric solutions.
Your RoleYou will act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, developing and executing account plans to meet business objectives. This includes conducting needs assessments, identifying opportunities for growth, and negotiating contracts and rates.
Your Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities for growth to develop account plans.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and report on account performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- 8-10 years of industry experience with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong business development and sales skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and rates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and execute account plans.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
