Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager at Velik HR, you will be responsible for managing our key accounts and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Conduct inside sales through tele sales and field visits to engage with clients.
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize profitability for key accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports using Excel.
• Address client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
