Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Velik HR. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales, particularly in the real estate sector, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct inside sales through tele sales and field visits to engage with clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize profitability for key accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports using Excel.
  • Address client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
