About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team at Wonderchef Home Appliances Pvt Ltd. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our B2C e-commerce channels, driving sales and profitability by building strong relationships with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key e-commerce platforms, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth across B2C platforms.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Create and manage product pricing, promotional campaigns, and discount strategies to optimize sales while maintaining profit margins.
  • Product Listings & Optimization: Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings to ensure accurate, high-quality content on all B2C platforms.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure continuous product availability.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics such as sales trends, customer behavior, return on investment (ROI), and platform fees.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-7 years of experience in managing B2C e-commerce accounts, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage large e-commerce accounts and achieve revenue growth, strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, B2C sales, and digital marketing strategies.
