Based at our headquarters in Pune, you will work closely with the Managing Director, the Board of Directors, and senior leadership across *All 30 business verticals planned in next 8 years within the Aadya Group* . This role is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a profound understanding of the business world and a desire to be part of a long-term, high-growth journey. # Key Responsibilities * Provide high-level strategic, administrative, and operational support directly to the Managing Director.
* Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the MD's office, the Board of Directors, and heads of various business units.
* Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and strategic discussions.
* Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, meetings, and corporate events.
* Assist in tracking key projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. # Required Qualifications and Mindset * 360-Degree Business Awareness : You must possess a comprehensive understanding of global business dynamics, corporate strategy, and operational management. * Learner Mindset : We are looking for an individual who is endlessly curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous personal and professional growth. * Global Mobility : The role requires a willingness and readiness for frequent **pan India and Global travel** to support our international business interests. * Long-Term Commitment : The ideal candidate is seeking a stable, long-term career and is prepared to commit to the organization for a * minimum of 8 years*. Tech Proficiency : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern project management/collaboration tools. Mindset & Other Requirements : 1. Global Mobility : Must hold a valid passport and be willing and able to undertake frequent international travel, sometimes at short notice. 3.
