Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases. Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems with relevant data. Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing general support to ensure a positive work environment. Training Coordination: Help in organizing training sessions and employee development programs. HR Reporting: Prepare and update HR-related reports for management review. Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and relevant legal standards. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events and activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. A proactive and learning-oriented attitude.
