Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. Employee Onboarding: Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and assist in managing HR documentation. Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive work culture. Policy Implementation: Assist in communicating and implementing company policies and procedures. HR Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to facilitate HR processes and initiatives. Learning & Development: Support the organization and execution of training programs. Market Research: Stay updated on HR trends and provide insights to improve HR practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy.
