Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts. Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends to refine sourcing strategies. Learning Opportunities: Participate in training sessions to develop recruitment and HR skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
