Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with applicants, providing updates and feedback. ATS Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment database. Job Posting: Create and post compelling job advertisements across various channels. Recruitment Documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts. Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends to refine sourcing strategies. Learning Opportunities: Participate in training sessions to develop recruitment and HR skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
