Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about HR and eager to support various administrative and operational HR functions. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, organizing files, and managing HR documentation. Recruitment Support: Provide support in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and managing job postings. Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Payroll Support: Help the HR team with payroll processing, employee attendance tracking, and leave management. Compliance Assistance: Ensure HR policies and procedures align with company standards and regulatory requirements by maintaining up-to-date documentation. Employee Queries: Serve as a point of contact for employees, responding to basic HR-related inquiries and concerns. Training Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for employees. Event Coordination: Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events, celebrations, and team-building activities. Data Management: Update and maintain HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely information. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for enhancing HR processes and improving overall team efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR functions and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of HR software is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
