HR & Admin Executive

- Payroll and benefits: Process payroll, manage benefits like health insurance and retirement plans, and assist with employee compensation inquiries.
- Compliance and policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, help develop company policies, and manage employee relations, including dispute resolution.
- Reporting and documentation: Prepare HR-related reports, such as turnover rates and hiring trends, and draft documents like employment contracts.
Core Administrative responsibilities
- Office management: Oversee office facilities, manage supplies, and ensure a functional work environment.
- General support: Answer employee questions, manage schedules and meetings, and provide general administrative assistance.
- Internal communications: Handle internal communications related to HR policies and other administrative matters.
- Document management: Organize and maintain HR files, and perform general office duties like filing and photocopying.
- Logistics: Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
