Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Assistant to join our HR team. This role is specifically open to candidates with an MBA or BBA degree, passionate about contributing to operational efficiency and supporting various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires. Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. Compliance: Ensure HR processes comply with legal standards and company policies. Employee Relations: Address routine employee queries and provide administrative support in resolving HR issues. Data Management: Prepare HR reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making. Performance Support: Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation. Training Coordination: Help organize training sessions and track participation and feedback. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and corporate events. Qualifications: MBA or BBA in Human Resources or a related field. Strong understanding of HR principles and operations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and confidentiality. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
