Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (final-year students may also apply). Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
