Position Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialists (Freshers) to join our client's team in Guntur. This role is perfect for dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Learn and assist in developing recruitment strategies for diverse roles. Source candidates using various tools, platforms, and networks. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment databases for accurate tracking. Provide exceptional candidate experiences by ensuring clear communication and timely updates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialization in HR is a plus. Freshers are welcome; prior internships in HR/recruitment are advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eagerness to learn recruitment tools. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic needs.
