Job Posting: Draft compelling job descriptions and post them across various platforms to attract quality candidates. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and talent market insights to enhance recruitment strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
