Job Title: Unit Manager - Mutualfund
Brief Information:
The candidate will be placed at NJ Wealth - Financial Products Distributors Network, which is one of India's leading and most successful network of distributors in the financial services industry. This distribution network provides the best support to the financial product distributors to enhance its business like sales support, marketing support, technology support, training support, research support, customer care support and any other support required.
As the business model is B2B (Business to Business), the candidate needs to identify and meet potential leads (prospective financial product distributors) and explain and convince them about the business opportunities in the financial products distribution business. Once they become the Partner then train and help them for business development.
Job Description:
- Identify, meet the potential leads who want to be an entrepreneur and explain to them about the business opportunities and convince them to start the Financial Products Distribution business and become a Financial Products Distributor / Partner.
- Providing financial products training to Distributors for Business Development.
- Plan activities and strategies for business development for distributors.
- Educate the partners about product portfolio, services offers and also evaluate them on sales performance, recommend improvements.
- Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
- Products: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Security (LAS), Bonds etc.
- Business targets: Recruitment of Financial Products Distributor, Product sales etc.

Experience :
Fresher to 6 months of sales experience in financial industry
Education Qualifications:
Fresher MBA (Finance or Marketing) OR Any Graduate with minimum 2 yrs of experience of sales in the financial industry.
