Job Overview Merloam Estates is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai. This mid-level position requires working closely with clients, leveraging your expertise in real estate sales to drive successful transactions. The employment type is Full-Time and freelance, providing flexibility for professionals to thrive in a competitive market while ensuring client satisfaction and company growth. Qualifications and Skills Real Estate Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Deal Closure: Ability to effectively close sales deals, ensuring a seamless transaction process for both clients and the company. Sales Closing: Proficiency in the final stages of the sales process, with a keen eye for detail and timing. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favorable terms for the company and clients alike. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate products and services offered by Merloam Estates. Real Estate Marketing: Skills in marketing and promoting real estate properties to increase visibility and attraction among potential buyers. Lead Generation: Ability to identify and generate leads through various channels to expand the client base. Cold Calling: Confidence in initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling and other direct communication methods. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the sale of residential properties while maintaining the company's high standards of service and client satisfaction. Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning Merloam Estates' offerings accordingly. Lead negotiations for property sales, ensuring terms are understood by all parties and contracts are executed accurately. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals to maximize profitability. Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging promotions and campaigns to attract new clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and areas of growth, informing sales strategies and operations. Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and client needs to guide product development. Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies during the sales process.
