Sr. Business Development Manager – AI & IT Services
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Manager to drive growth for our cutting-edge AI and IT service offerings. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in selling AI, ML, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Lead Generation: Build a robust sales funnel of enterprise clients aligned with our AI/ML and IT service capabilities.
- Strategic Outreach: Research, strategize, and execute high-impact outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Innovation Heads, etc.) to understand pain points and present customized AI/IT solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and regularly update CRM to track sales activities, forecasts, and conversions.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing primary and secondary research to stay informed about trends in AI, Data Science, Cloud, and emerging tech.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and pitch decks.
- Team Leadership (Optional): Guide and mentor junior SDRs or BDEs for top-of-funnel activities.
