Growth Marketer - Driving Product Growth
(Ideal for early career MBB Analysts, Associates or High-Growth Seed Startup Marketers)
We're seeking a unique breed of marketer - a true growth hacker who can drive exponential growth for one of our products (If you're reading this and make it to the interview - the first question you will be asked is "How many products do we have? Hint: Sign up, explore and experiment to understand the product use-case"). In this role, you'll own the entire growth marketing funnel, from acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative growth strategies across all marketing channels (paid, organic, email) (Making it clear right away - pushing a newsletter doesn't require a copywriter, a graphic designer, a CRM specialist, a Zapier pro; this is all that a single person can easily do. Know Alex Garcia?)
Design and execute A/B tests, experiment rapidly, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the funnel (Check out Harry Dry. You'll know what I mean.)
Analyze user behaviour, conversion data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities (Something going viral on social media? Thought of making a quick landing page on Framer/Webflow/WordPress/Notion and starting capturing the leads.)
Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Leadsquared CRM) to measure and report on crucial growth metrics
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement on-product growth tactics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging Growth Marketing techniques (If you do not hang out on Hacker News, Product Hunt, Substacks, Lenny's Podcast, etc - this is not meant for you)
Requirements
Less than 2 years of work experience (ex MBB Analyst/Associates or High-growth Seed Startup Marketer)
Strong academic background from a Tier-1 college with a sustained interest in passion projects (being a part of college societies, starting own blog, newsletter, etc)
Proven track record of driving growth for digital products or growing communities
Extrovert, camera-friendly personality and an avid social content consumer (are you a person with taste - team CaseyNeistat or Logan Paul?)
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Suite, WATI)
Coding skills (SQL, Python) are a plus
Self-motivated, scrappy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision (super super super super important)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
