Role Description:

You will be responsible for driving customers, engagement, and retention across our client's website by making the structure and plan of marketing campaigns for our D2C clients.Identify and execute innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Managing comprehensive BTL marketing strategiesManaging growth marketing initiatives, performance marketing and analyzing marketing data, developing and implementing marketing strategiesUtilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROIDevelop a marketing plan and budget for the brands and implement integrated marketing strategiesWorking closely with various marketing teams (LinkedIn, Google, Social media) to setup and execute campaigns.Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target groupYou build and run A/B tests across online channels

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.2+ years of experience in performance marketing strategy/ growth marketing, preferably in an agency setting.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and data-driven thinking skillsGrowth Marketing and Marketing Analytics skillsStrategic thinker with a creative mindset.Results-oriented and data-driven
