Job Title: Public Relations and Social Media

Job Summary: Looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be adept at current marketing tools and strategies to drive successful digital marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Collaborating with the marketing team, supporting units, and vendors is key to ensuring timely and budget-friendly campaign launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
    • Plan and implement various digital marketing initiatives, covering SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Create and maintain a strong social media presence.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Generate and oversee high-quality content across company platforms like the website, blog, and social media.
    • Work with internal teams to craft engaging landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
    • Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and expenditure based on findings.
    • Brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise the digital marketing team, handling recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and goal alignment.
  • Budget Management:
    • Effectively manage digital marketing budgets and allocate funds judiciously.
    • Monitor and report on digital marketing expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in digital marketing within the industry.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Skills:
    • Sharp analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.
    • Stay updated on the latest online marketing trends and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Google Analytics, Google AdWords.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
