Role Description:

- You will be responsible for driving customers, engagement, and retention across our client's website by making the structure and plan of marketing campaigns for our D2C clients.- Identify and execute innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.- Managing comprehensive BTL marketing strategies- Managing growth marketing initiatives, performance marketing and analyzing marketing data, developing and implementing marketing strategies- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI- Develop a marketing plan and budget for the brands and implement integrated marketing strategies- Working closely with various marketing teams (LinkedIn, Google, Social media) to setup and execute campaigns.- Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group- You build and run A/B tests across online channels

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing strategy/ growth marketing, preferably in an agency setting.- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and data-driven thinking skills- Growth Marketing and Marketing Analytics skills- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.- Results-oriented and data-driven
