Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Leasing and Operations team.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Arrange and coordinate with admin office & IT team regarding maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Performs other duties and functions as required by immediate superior.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Graduate of any 4 year course Preferably business course
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Administrative Secretary
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of clerical, office procedures and preparation of presentation materials.
- Advanced secretarial skills and experience are essential.
- Female, at least 24 years of age and with pleasant personality.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
