**Administrative Assistant**:

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and manage employee cab bookings and schedules.

**—**
- Maintain accurate records of cab usage, driver details, and associated costs.

**—**
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to cab services promptly and efficiently.

**—**
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory, and distribution.

**—**
- Manage office maintenance and repairs.

**—**
- Assist with event planning and logistics.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**—**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

**—**
- Proven experience in managing cab services or transportation logistics (preferred).

**—**
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**—**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

**—**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**—**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**—**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**:

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**:

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole Numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

**REASONING ABILITY**:

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
