Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Presales Executive to join our IT service-based company. As a Presales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by assisting in the development of proposals and actively engaging with potential clients. This position is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience, who are eager to learn and contribute to our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Proposal Development:

  - Assist in the preparation of compelling sales proposals and presentations.

  - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with the client's requirements.


2. Product and Service Knowledge:

  - Stay updated on the company's IT services and solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

  - Be prepared to address client queries and concerns.


3. Market Research and Analysis:

  - Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and market competitors

  - Analyze market data to understand customer needs and preferences.


4. Client Engagement:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

  - Arrange and participate in meetings, webinars, and product demonstrations.

  - Address client inquiries and provide prompt responses.


5. Sales Support:

  - Collaborate with the sales team to help them achieve their targets by providing necessary information and resources.

  - Assist in the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and competitor analysis.


6. Reporting:

  - Prepare regular reports on task allocated, client interactions, and market analysis.


Qualifications:


- B.Tech/MCA

- 3-5 years of experience in presales or a related role in the IT service industry 

- Analytical abilities with a Solutions driven approach to problems/challenges

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Good understanding of IT services and technology

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other visualization tools

- Self-motivated and results-driven

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
