Role & Responsibilities Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist at Bharat Managed Services in Noida. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, providing consultation and support, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting in the presales process. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis:

Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.

Conduct detailed requirement analysis to ensure the proposed solutions align with client expectations.

Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Solution Design and Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design customized solutions that address client needs.

Develop comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, project timelines, and pricing.

Ensure proposals are clear, compelling, and aligned with the company's capabilities and offerings.

Demonstrations and Presentations:

Lead product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of proposed solutions.

Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.

Handle client objections and questions effectively, demonstrating deep product and industry knowledge.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, case studies, and whitepapers that support presales activities.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Analyze competitor solutions and develop strategies to differentiate the company's offerings.

Provide feedback to product management and development teams to enhance product features and capabilities.

Bid Management and RFP Responses:

Manage the entire bid process, from initial qualification to final submission.

Develop and review responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

Coordinate with various internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid responses.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of presales activities, including conversion rates, client feedback, and win/loss ratios.

Provide regular reports to senior management on presales performance and key metrics.

Continuously improve presales processes based on performance data and client feedback.

Technical Expertise and Knowledge Sharing:

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and technological advancements.

Share knowledge and best practices with the presales team and other departments.

Stay informed about industry developments and continuously upgrade technical skills.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve presales objectives and support overall business goals.

Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.

Align presales activities with the company's long-term vision and strategy.

Qualifications
