Presales Executive

**Job Description - Pre sales - Fresher’s**
- Design and Plan sales strategies in response to market landscape and competitors’ behaviour.
- Liaising with customers (institution Key Decision Makers including owners, principal and others) to determine the customer's requirements
- Developing and executing pre-sales selling strategies and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead the creation and delivery of innovative product demonstrations for prospects, customers, and partners on-site and remotely,
- Follow up on potential client requirements by participating in pre-sales meetings with the client and partners to identify and document their needs
- Prepare materials for client presentations, demonstrations.
- Present the solution and value proposition to the customer
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals
- Work closely with the Sales Representative and the customer to create customer-specific solutions that address the needs of the customer
- Provide presales and technical guidance to sales teams and key business partners
- Manage the business development related marketing collateral such as case studies and whitepapers and other documents
- Prioritize, communicate and mitigate issues and risks with team manager
**Experience and Qualification**
- BE /B-Tech (any specialization) From IIT / NIT & MBA /PGDM in International business, Operations and Marketing from IIM or any Tear 1 University / Collages.
- Proven experience in personally designing scalable customer success strategies and processes, translate them into initiatives and successful delivery
- Solution-oriented analytical skills
- Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to produce and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations - comfortable presenting to both small and large audiences
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Innovative and creative with resourcefulness in solving complex problems
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to deal with and manage highly complex situations and environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
