Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across India. As a key leader in a company with a dominant offline presence, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint, optimising sales performance, and accelerating growth in both traditional and digital channels. This role demands a deep understanding of B2B sales, channel management, and the dental supplies industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth across offline and emerging online channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Identify opportunities to sales processes and integrate eCommerce solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
Requirements-

- Proven skills in Channel Sales and Sales operations
- Sales & Marketing expertise
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
