About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with expertise in the real estate sector, specifically in residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets within Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified residential real estate prospects in Navi Mumbai.- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the local market.- Create and execute annual sales strategies and achieve defined targets.- Leverage advanced sales tools to generate leads and nurture client relationships effectively.- Collaborate with sales leaders to implement impactful strategies and close deals.
