Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates. Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Engagement: Organize activities and initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate and employee data in HR systems. Event Planning: Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and workshops. Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidate queries and follow-ups. Collaboration: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline talent management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
