Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers eager to build a career in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and candidate management. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates, provide updates on their application status, and address their queries. Job Advertising: Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms to attract top talent. Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate databases. Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in drafting offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. HR Reporting: Prepare reports on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and recruitment metrics. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
