Talent Acquisition LeadLoglineAI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to set up and run recruitment across engineering, research, product, and GTM, and to establish basic people processes suitable for a growing, multi-disciplinary company.This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines in relevant talent pools, set up tools and reporting, and support employer branding efforts.The position is hands-on. The successful candidate will work with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans, as well as manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Work with founding team members and hiring managers to establish clear job requirements and interview strategies.Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer extension.Built strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Requirements:7–12+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies, including hiring for senior engineering and GTM roles.Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.About Us:Our company values innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
