Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates for various roles across industries. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to match job requirements. Client Coordination: Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job openings and requirements. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential hiring trends and talent pools. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities. Learning and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance recruitment knowledge and skills. Support Recruitment Goals: Contribute to achieving team recruitment targets and timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow in the talent acquisition field. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
