Job Description JD: Talent Acquisition Specialist Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment operations for US Healthcare, US IT/Non-IT, and Bench Sales and other roles. You will collaborate directly with hiring managers/technical managers, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure timely, high-quality talent placements to support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies for US Healthcare, IT, Non-IT, and Bench Sales recruiting requirements. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for the above-mentioned roles using various channelsjob portals, databases, professional networking, and referrals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and drive the selection process for varied verticals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring positions. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate feedback) and report progress to management. Develop compelling job descriptions and manage posting on various platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications Any Graduate with Good Communication Skills. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, covering US Healthcare [Mandatory], US IT/Non-IT, and Bench Sales domains. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities. Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry-specific best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
