Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and eager to support the end-to-end recruitment process. As a Recruitment Associate, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to help meet the company's hiring objectives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates for various roles. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract top talent. Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation for selected candidates. Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to provide updates and address queries throughout the recruitment process. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and align efforts with organizational goals. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to enhance the hiring process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools or CRMs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
