Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with a strong focus on LinkedIn marketing to drive growth in followers, enhance brand exposure, and expand market presence in the Middle East, European, and North American regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow LinkedIn followers and enhance the company’s online presence in targeted markets.
- Identify and engage with key audiences, including decision-makers, influencers, and potential clients in the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
- Analyze LinkedIn analytics to track growth, measure engagement, and optimize performance.
- Use LinkedIn as a lead generation tool to identify prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts with LinkedIn campaigns.
- Partner with the content team to create tailored LinkedIn posts, articles, and campaigns that resonate with audiences in diverse cultural regions.
- Stay updated on trends and competitor activities in LinkedIn marketing across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales, LinkedIn marketing, or social media growth roles.
- Proven track record in LinkedIn follower growth and lead generation.
- Experience targeting audiences in the Middle East, Europe, and North America is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in LinkedIn tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Sales Navigator).
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances in international markets.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to create compelling and engaging LinkedIn content.
