Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Desk Analyst located in North West Delhi. The Technical Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical problems, and ensuring timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical Skills for problem resolution
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in a related technical field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
