Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot issues on Windows, macOS, MS Office, Teams, OneDrive, and internal apps
  • Support laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
  • Handle service desk tickets using ticketing tools
  • Follow ITIL-based support and change management processes
  • Maintain documentation and suggest service improvements

Requirements:

  • Graduate (preferably in IT)
  • 2-3 years of IT support or service desk experience
  • Familiar with ITIL processes and ticketing tools
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
