Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Service Desk Executive to provide IT support to end-users. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues on Windows, macOS, MS Office, Teams, OneDrive, and internal apps
- Support laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
- Handle service desk tickets using ticketing tools
- Follow ITIL-based support and change management processes
- Maintain documentation and suggest service improvements
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferably in IT)
- 2-3 years of IT support or service desk experience
- Familiar with ITIL processes and ticketing tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
