The Manager of Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to advance the organization's mission and goals. This role involves cultivating relationships with potential donors, foundations, corporations, and government agencies to secure funding and in-kind support.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the organization's strategic plan.

Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential partners.

Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding and support.

Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.

Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective partnership implementation and reporting.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, nonprofit management, international development).

Proven track record in partnership development and fundraising.

Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in proposal writing and grant reporting.


Location: Kolkata

Salary: Between 15 lpa - 18 lpa
