Job Description for Business Development Manager  (IT Service based agency)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA in Marketing preferred
3-5 years of proven experience in IT services sales in US & European Markets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Experience in securing WordPress projects would be a significant advantage
Responsibilities:
Lead generation: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and generate leads for acquiring new clients. 
Sales strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand the client base.
Opportunity creation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities aligned with clients' needs and objectives.
Solution delivery: Provide timely and effective solutions to clients, addressing their requirements and concerns.
Deal negotiation: Close deals by conducting balanced negotiations on sizing, costing, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market penetration: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
Presentation and proposal: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's value proposition and capabilities.
Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to effectively close deals and secure new business opportunities.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends
Analysis and reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Key Information for the Role :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, building client relationships, and expanding the client base.
Ideal candidates should possess a strategic, solution-oriented approach and have the ability to engage senior-level executives.
Highly motivated individuals with excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are encouraged to apply.
