Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fostering new relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Use various lead sourcing channels such as bidding portals, cold-calling, and social media to generate leads.
- Analyze market strategies, potential, requirements, and financials to screen potential business deals.
- Achieve a minimum quarterly sales target of $100,000 on multiple occasions.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to account management.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitable terms.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed sales plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
- Prepare contracts by integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within a small to medium-sized organization (30-100 people).
- Successful track record of using at least two different lead sourcing channels.
- Demonstrable achievement of significant quarterly sales targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of business development processes from lead sourcing to account management.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract development skills.
